Adding srolling text to blogger blog

The scrolling text has always been used by bloggers mostly to Make blog or website looks beautiful with running text or marquee,
It is just Another way to attract the visitors is adding some scrolling text, Scrolling text or running text usually called marquee, because to make that we used marquee code:

•  Then Click “Add Gadget” 
• After that select Gadget “Add Gadget” again and select “HTML/Javascript”
•  copy This HTML to Add gadget
