How can I submit a claim/Liquidate the Bank Guarantee?

So now you supplier has not fulfilled the contractual obligation and you wanted to liquidate the the bank guarantee. 

Here is the format letter to be submitted to to bank along with the original bank guarantee for liquidating the bank guarantee.
